My dog's barking is hurting my ears. And my head. It is so flipping loud and shrill, I'll be surprised if I can hear by the time I go to bed. Not that I can hear anyways, but now I can blame it on the dog!!
Today was my swim against breast cancer. I've always been really excited about doing it, but today was different. Don't get me wrong-I was so pumped. But I think that because cancer (not just breast cancer) has played such a prominent role in life for everyone this past year, maybe a little over, made the swim of more importance to me. I was surprised to find myself almost in tears as I watched the first swimmers dive into the pond, listening to the onlookers clap. This year has been so difficult for many of us, but when I saw all those people today, both the swimmers and the crowd applauding us as we came up to the shore, I knew, just for an instant, that eventually, cancer, whether it be breast, thyroid, pancreatic, lung, or lukemia, will be conquered. It could be a hundred years, it could be tomorrow. But, seeing so many people like I did today who are helping to make a difference and knowing how much money people pledged the swimmers for this event, astounds me. It'll be a long time before a cure is found, but as long as people are making the difference now, there's hope.
When we got home, we decided to go see Harry Potter. It was really funny this time; I picked up on things I never noticed the first time I saw it. My hand is starting to hurt, so I'm going to end this now. A very merry unbirthday to you all!! P.S. I got four water bottles at the breast cancer swim today!! One of them has a lime green cover on it!! yay!

I'll find the cure for cancer!
Too bad we all know that isn't true. I'm very full of empty promises. The first time I wrote that sentece I wrote "very rery" and I thought it was an actual word until I stopped being retarded for a few seconds. A few seconds.
However if cancer was another name for like, that pain on my inner cheek I have a cure. And it's called Hey-Caragh-Stop-Chewing-Gum-So-Vigorously-Because-You-Always-End-Up-Eating-Your-Own-Face-Accidently.

haha, I always think your blog URL is "seperateentity.blogspot.com" and not what it really is, which I am sure I will soon again forget.
Congratulations on the swim, champ. You're an inspiration to us all!
